1. Service Description
The Service involves featuring a single WhatsApp Group link provided by the Client on ImagesPlatform.com for a fixed period of thirty (30) consecutive days, commencing upon the initial publication of the link.
2. Pricing and Payment
a. The cost for the Service is Fifty (50) USDT per featured link for the thirty (30) day duration.
b. All payments must be received in full before the Service commences.
c. Accepted payment methods include:
– USDT (TRON TRC20) to the specified wallet address.
– USDT (Binance ID) to [email protected].
d. The Client is responsible for ensuring the correct payment amount is sent to the correct recipient ID/address and for covering any applicable network or transaction fees.
3. Group Link Management
a. The Client must provide a valid and operational WhatsApp Group link.
b. Link Expiration/Change Policy: If the featured link becomes invalid, expires, or if you wish to update the link during the 30-day feature period, you may request a change.
c. If your group link expires, you can request a change only 2 times during the 30-day feature period. Once this limit is reached, no further link changes will be accommodated until a new Service purchase is made.
d. The Platform reserves the right to temporarily remove any link found to be non-functional until a replacement is provided, subject to the change limit.
4. Disclaimers and No Guarantee
a. The Platform provides visibility for your link but makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of the promotion.
b. No traffic guarantee is provided. ImagesPlatform.com does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, views, members, or any specific traffic volume to your WhatsApp Group.
c. The Client acknowledges that the success of the promotion depends on various external factors outside the Platform's control.
5. Prohibited Content and Removal
a. ImagesPlatform.com reserves the right to refuse or immediately remove any WhatsApp Group link that promotes, links to, or is associated with: illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, deceptive practices, malware, or any content deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Platform's reputation, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
b. If a link is removed due to a violation of this Prohibited Content clause, the Client forfeits any right to a refund or to use the remaining link change requests.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases for the Service are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the event that ImagesPlatform.com is unable to publish the link due to a technical error on the Platform's side that cannot be resolved within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
